- This garment bag is deceiving. We were able to get two medium length coats into this bag without causing it to burst at the seams! They fit just fine. But it's either or... either dresses or coats or two dresses and one coat. Of course, it all depends on your garment combination as to what will actually fit into it. Watch your hanger types as well, the wooden type can reduce how many garments you actually get into the bag. Only time will tell of it's actual durability. - I purchased this for my teenage son to take dress clothes for a 3 week trip this summer. The ability to fold the bag and then use the strap at the bottom to wrap around the hanger handles was helpful on the flight as carry-on luggage. Great purchase.
